Bracelets and necklaces are available in one size that is perfect for all types of wrists and necklines.

Shipping costs and time depends on the delivery address.

Orders placed between Monday and Friday will be confirmed within 24 hours, unless indicated on our part.

Warranty and repair

We offer a free repair service during the first year after purchase. This service applies to the repair of metal but not the stones.

Arenas Art Jewelry® is not responsible for broken or lost stones after purchase. If you wish, you can purchase new stones and we will replace the broken or missing ones.

This service is offered free of charge except for the shipping costs, which are the responsibility of the client. This service is offered on the condition that the deterioration of the gem is due to natural wear or a manufacturing defect. We also offer a repair service after the warranty period. Returns or exchanges

Clients have the right to withdrawal for a period of 14 days following the reception of the package. Please contact info@arenasartjewelry.com to inform us that you wish to return the purchase.

The product must not have been carried, worn, altered, washed, or damaged. It must be returned in its original packaging. Under the provisions of Article L121-21-8 the Code of consumption, products corresponding to special orders (custom manufacturing) cannot be exchanged or refunded.

 

Refund procedure

Once we have received the returned product, a refund will be made using whichever method the client prefers:

A refund sent directly to the bank account or PayPal account that was used to make the original purchase.

The refund will be equal to the price of the product and with no penalty fees. However, shipping costs will be deducted. An email will be sent to confirm your refund request.
